| Mr. Revy is a Senior
Portfolio Manager, Managing Director and was named Director of Research
in 2004. He joined Froley, Revy Investment Co., Inc. in 2002 to
develop and co-manage the firm's convertible arbitrage product.
He spent six years with the Lehman Brothers convertible bond desk
in New York, building the foundation of their existing convertible
risk management systems. As a senior trader, his responsibilities
included trading all far Eastern and European convertibles, managing
large asset-swap positions and generating new equity derivative
opportunities.
Prior to joining Froley, Revy, Mr. Revy was a private banker with Wechsler & Co. structuring private equity deals, seeking trading opportunities. He brings an international depth of experience to Froley, Revy as a Board Member of Staub Holding, a Swiss holding company. He also serves as a Board Member of Ellipitar, an industrial manufacturing company.
Mr. Revy holds a BA from UCLA and an MBA in International Finance from Pepperdine. He is fluent in both German and French. |
