Our Commitment To You

Because your personal and financial data is your private information, we hold ourselves to the highest standards in its safekeeping and use. This means that we never have and never will sell personal information about our clients to third party businesses for their marketing purposes. We will not disclose your personal information to anyone unless it is required or permitted by law, it is at your direction, or it is necessary to provide you with our services.

The Information We Collect About You

Froley, Revy Investment Company collects and maintains certain personal information so that we can provide investment advisory services to you. This information includes:

  • Personal information such as your address, taxpayer identification number, or phone number.
  • Financial information such as bank accounts, assets and income level.
  • Information we create to service your account, such as trade tickets and account statements.
  • Information we receive from others in servicing your accounts, such as trade confirms from brokerage firms or custodian statements.

How We Use Information About You

As highlighted above, we never sell the private information that we collect, or distribute such information, except in very limited circumstances and as permitted by law, such as:

  • To brokers and/or custodians to complete transactions for your account.
  • To companies that help us service your account, such as our technology vendor in generating client statements.
  • To bring to your attention related financial products and services that we may offer.

How We Safeguard Your Personal Information

To fulfill our commitment to you, we have in place firm-wide practices to safeguard your personal information.

  • We restrict access to your information to those employees who need it to provide our services to you.
  • We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in place to protect your information.
  • We protect the information of former or prospective clients to the same extent as our current clients.

Protecting Your Information

There are a number of steps you can take to protect your information, including: 1)Before you reveal any personal identification information, find out how it will be used and whether it will be shared with others;  2)Pay attention to your billing cycles and follow up with creditors if your bills don’t arrive on time; 3)Guard your mail from theft; 4)Deposit outgoing mail in post office collection boxes or at your local post office; and 5)Put passwords on your credit card, bank, and phone accounts.  If you suspect that your personal information, including social security number or account information has been misappropriated to commit fraud or theft, please contact: 1) The fraud departments of each of the three major credit bureaus; 3) The creditors for any accounts that have been tampered with or opened fraudulently; and 4)Your local police or the police in the community where the theft took place.  You should also contact the Federal Trade Commissions (FTC) at 1-877-IDTheft or via www.consumer.gov/idtheft.

Other Avenues to Limit Direct Marketing By Others

As a courtesy, we want to alert you to resources, which can assist you in limiting direct marketing by outside parties.  If you wish to remove your name or reduce the amount of marketing mail or telemarketing calls that you receive from outside parties, you may do so by notifying the following in writing:
